The main goal for the project is to provide research and analysis on the role of women in society and the workplace, specifically focusing on the interruptions they face. Additionally, the project aims to deliver mini-projects related to member experience and company growth, such as building an on-boarding plan and materials for professional women members who join the club.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching and analyzing data related to the role of women in society and the workplace.

- Developing mini-projects to enhance member experience and company growth.

- Building an on-boarding plan and materials for professional women members who join the club.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
